How it works
Reusing one username everywhere makes your accounts easy to link together. This username generator produces fresh names in three styles: word (two words joined, like riverTiger), gamer (a capitalised tag with numbers) and handle (lowercase with an underscore). Each run also lists six alternatives.
Names are built from a random word list in your browser โ nothing is checked against any service, so confirm availability on the site itself. For accounts you want kept separate, use a different username, and a different password, for each.
Why a unique username matters
Reusing one handle everywhere lets anyone tie your accounts together โ across forums, gaming, social media and old data breaches. Free tools such as Sherlock or WhatsMyName do this automatically from a single name, mapping everywhere you post.
Use a different username for each context you want kept apart โ work, gaming, shopping, throwaway โ and pair each with a different email alias and a unique password. The names generated above are unlinkable by design: they carry no personal information.
